Returns
Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

• In their original condition
• In their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or personalized products
• Handmade fuzzy wire flower arrangements
• Gift boxes that have been opened
• Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
